When you come across a beer you’ve never seen before, you should pick it up to try, especially if it’s from Founders Brewing Company.
You know as well as I do these guys know what they’re doing out there in Michigan.
And if you don’t, you’re missing out on some solid beer, and that’s just silly.
That brings us to ‘Mosaic Promise’, from Founders. (Although that was probably a given)
I’m not one to get into crazy details about any particular beer, but I’ll make a slight exception here, because I can.
There are plenty of reviews out there that read like an Ancient Sumerian Tablet for your enjoyment.
You know, like nonsense, unless you’re skilled in that sort of thing.
This brew got me from the pour, there was something about the smell, like I had just opened a bottle of flowers.
All I wanted to do was take a sip.
So I did.
This beer was just pleasant to drink.
I really can’t describe it any other way.
‘Mosaic Promise’ is definitely different, but in a good way.
Some might even say, “Pleasant”.
See what I did there?
