It was supposed to be an average, do nothing Saturday morning.
But, my brother had asked me if I would help him with his yard sale, so I said “sure”.
You know, because I’m awesome like that.
As we were setting up, he mentioned I should grab a couple of beers out of the fridge.
I mean, we were behind schedule drinking anyway, it was almost past 6:30 in the morning. We’re slackers.
I opened the fridge, and what did I see?
You guessed it, Jersey Summer Breakfast Ale from Cricket Hill Brewery, but that should have been obvious…
How could I not try such a fitting beer? Forget eggs and bacon, this was to be my breakfast.
What a good choice it was too. It went down smooth and tasty, with a hint of french toast. Can you really ask for more out of a breakfast ale?
This is definitely a recommended beer anytime, not just in the morning.
Not to mention this brew helped me sell most of my brothers yard sale items, at a discount.
He didn’t thank me.
