Flying Dog ‘Doggie Style’

When: 2/16/17
Where: Taunton Forge Liquors
Why: Um, it’s beer.
Price: $8.45 plus tax on the six.

I don’t grab Pale Ales all that often.
I’m not opposed to the style, I usually just grab whatever I see that’s new and “crazy”, if that makes any sense.
Sometimes I don’t make sense to other people, but at least I know what I mean.
Usually.
In this case, I’m pretty sure I get what I’m saying, so we’re safe.
Maybe.
Maybe not though.
Time will tell.
If you’re still reading this, you probably hate me by now.
I’m cool with that.
What were we talking about?
Ah, beer, that’s right.

Flying Dog brews quality beer regardless of “style”.
I’m positive that’s something we can all agree on. I saw ‘Doggie Style’ Pale Ale on the shelf, so I picked it up.
I wasn’t in the mood for anything super strong, as I wanted to enjoy a couple beers for the night without feeling like crap in the morning.
This beer did the trick at only 5.5%.
I was actually surprised at how tasty it was, not that I should have been.
You know, Flying Dog and whatnot.

A super smooth(only 35 IBU’s) and enjoyable beer experience is what ‘Doggie Style’ Pale Ale brings to the table.
Which actually works out great, as this brew is available year-round!
So, you know, it’s great for any occasion…
What I will get into is something I usually don’t bother talking about, the look of the beer.
I couldn’t help staring at the glass. This beer just exuded quality.
That’s pretty much it.
I’m about to enjoy another one of these now, so…
Cheers all!
